JOB DESCRIPTION
Do you like working in a team? Are you ready to lead a team? Our client is looking motivated Rigger Foreman to add to their team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main Accountabilities:
• Monitor installation of all rigging and safety equipment.
• Manage the riggers and monitor their individual tasks.
• Give support to fitter and welder as needed.

• Help with crane operations.
• Organize the dismantling of cables, booms, chains, pulleys and hooks for the lifting machinery.
• Assist with the transportation of items.
• Submit a damages report to supervisor if any harm comes to the rigging or safety equipment.
• Consider which objects need to be secured or moved and then determine which equipment is necessary based on their shape, size and weight.
• Create and approve of all lifting plans.

BACKGROUND:
Our Client is a multinational drilling company. The client provides services to various customers around the world. Our client has over 30 rigs ranging from jack-ups to semi submersibles and drill ships.

PRE-REQUISITES:
• Secondary Education.
• Experience in similar position.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices.
• Prior experience as a rigger and able to lead a team.
